Cooperation Instead of Competition

True success does not grow out of competing against one another, but out of cooperation. We guide children to help each other, communicate openly and respect their differences. They learn that everyone has different strengths and that the best results are achieved when these strengths are brought together.

In our teaching, we therefore place a strong emphasis on teamwork, project based learning and shared problem solving. Children work in groups where they learn to listen, take on different roles and share responsibility not only for themselves but also for others. In this way, they naturally develop empathy, communication skills and healthy self confidence without the need to compare themselves to others.

A safe and respectful school environment allows children to make mistakes, learn from them and feel confident asking questions. Instead of pressure to perform, we support a joy of learning and a sense of belonging. Children learn that one person’s success does not mean another’s failure, but that together they can achieve far more.

For us, cooperation instead of competition is the foundation of education for life. We prepare children for a world in which they are able to work together, solve problems and build healthy relationships. These are the skills we consider essential for a happy and successful future.
