Geography lessons are an adventure at our school

Learning is never boring here and this time our students proved it once again. In their geography class they explored maps in a completely different way. They did not stay with theory in the classroom, but headed outside together where they could use their knowledge right away.

They first worked in groups with various types of maps, compared them and noted down key information into their worksheets. Afterwards they moved to the surroundings of the school where they looked for landmarks, checked whether they could navigate correctly using a map and tried out teamwork in a real setting.

This teaching method keeps students engaged while helping them understand and remember the material more effectively. They see connections, try things hands on and learn in a natural way.

We are glad that thanks to activities like these our students can discover the world around them with enthusiasm and curiosity.
