A Theatrical Experience at the Vinohrady Theatre
3 days ago
Our students visited the theatre to experience the poetic fairy tale Ondine together. Learning at our school goes far beyond textbooks. It includes art, meaningful experiences and encounters with culture, because these moments help children perceive the world in all its richness.
The production of Ondine tells the story of a young water nymph who falls in love with a human and decides to place everything on the power of human loyalty. The performance blends the dreamlike world of the water realm with the human world filled with dilemmas and emotion. Through this story, the students naturally encountered themes such as love, courage, responsibility and the search for identity.

The creators of the play drew inspiration from myths and fairy tale motifs from across Europe and transformed them into a modern and visually captivating performance. For the students it was not only a cultural experience but also a beautiful invitation to reflect, discuss and develop their imagination.
We believe that regular visits to theatres, galleries and concerts broaden children’s horizons and help them build a relationship with art and cultural values. They learn to listen, think, feel and connect ideas. These experiences form an important part of the path toward a happy and successful future that we help our students create at Fostra.
We look forward to more cultural experiences together.
